Quickly find which plans your clients’ providers accept using “Providers”

Not sure if your client’s doctor is covered by a particular plan? “Providers” will give insight into which insurance plans a provider may accept.
- Click on “Providers” on the left toolbar in the platform.
- Enter the beneficiary’s ZIP code and provider’s name
- Click on the blue “Search” button
You will see a list of providers and their contact information based on the information you provided. You can click on “Show accepted plans” in each entry to see a list of plans the provider will accept.
Spark relies on a third party vendor to supply provider network information into our Provider Search tool. Please note that provider networks can change frequently, causing discrepancies in our data feed. Information provided directly by the carrier should always be the source of truth concerning a doctor's network affiliation.
