Announcements

During your onboarding to Spark, you will be supported by an Account Manager every step of the way. We start with (1) Agency Principal onboarding & training (2) complete Agency contracting, and (3) finally complete individual agent onboarding and contracting.

Onboarding Process for New Agencies:

Every onboarding process will be tailored to your circumstance but we generally follow the steps below. We will review all of this information in an initial kick-off call. We look forward to working with you!

Agency Principal Onboarding & Training

1. The Agency Principal completes onboarding steps
1. Submits a Spark contracting form
2. Submits a full agent list (walkthroughs for UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Wellcare, Aetna)
3. Submits a logo, agency bio, and headshot so we can build your custom webpage (form here)
2. Once the contracting form is completed, Spark will compile a personalized contracting instruction guide and onboard you onto the Platform
3. Spark will walk you through the guide and then send you links to initiate contract transfers

Agency Principal Contracting

4. The Agency Principal completes the contracting steps for each carrier. Spark will send you weekly updates, and you will have access to a live tracker in our Platform.
5. The Agency Principal completes contracting and agrees to begin contracting downlines with Spark

Individual Agent Contracting & Onboarding

6. The Agency Principal announces the Spark partnership and directs agents to complete their customized contracting contracting form.
7. Upon form submission, Spark begins sending agents carrier contracting links to complete, with the Agency Principal cc’d on all communications.
8. Within 4 days of completing the contracting form, agents will begin receiving access to their Platform. We are happy to host multiple trainings with your agents.
9. Spark will share status updates with Agency Principal to stay on top of downline agent contracting statuses.
