Spark enables you to white-label our Platform to assist with your recruiting efforts. Read below for our policies related to white-labelling and how to get started.

White-labeling the Spark Platform

Transform the Spark Platform so that your brand is front and center with agents. Spark’s white-label feature enables you to customize your logo in the platform on the top left, platform colors, and certain client communication. See below for what it looks like in practice!

Key policies

  • Eligibility: all “1-from-top” agencies directly aligned to Spark can determine how to customize their Platform. They can extend the white-label feature to their direct sub-agencies (”2-from-top”). We do not allow individual agents or “3-from-top” sub-agencies of sub-agencies to customize their Platform.
  • Decision maker: the 1-from-top Agency Principal sets the policies for their entire hierarchy. They can decide which sub-agencies can customize their Platform and who can opt out.
  • System requirements: you must comply with Spark’s logo and color scheme requirements to ensure that the Platform continues to be legible. If your logo does not fit these requirements, you will be asked to submit a new logo.

How to get started

  • Send us the logo that you would like to have branded to your account using this form.
  • Prior to turning on the feature, you must email all impacted agents in your agency alerting them of the change. You can find an example message here:
    • Team, on <DATE> we will be adjusting the look of the Spark Platform to reflect the Tapestry brand and colors. No other changes will be made to the Platform or how it works. Spark is not going anywhere and their team is always available to help out questions related to the Spark Platform. We hope you enjoy the new look!
