Dashboards

One of the many benefits of the Spark platform is that it pulls your book of business data all into one place, regardless of carrier or enrollment status. With the Dashboards tool, Spark is able to give you live data and insights on different aspects of your business.

On the dashboard page you’ll have access to two separate dashboards covering multiple parts of your business.

Book of business dashboard - The BoB dashboard gives you insights into all of your contact data that is added to your Spark account. On this dashboard you’ll have breakdowns of your clients by:

Language, State, and age
Policy and carrier percentage breakdowns to tell you where you’re doing the most business
Counts on the support types that our Client Services team is providing to your book
And a breakdown of enrollments by carrier and county
Member Services - Engagements by month and support request types and statuses

Agent production dashboard - The agent production dashboard is the meeting place of your carrier contracts, enrollments and book of business. On this dashboard you’ll see insights on:

Live feed of your carriers that are ready to sell
Enrollment data compiled from carrier productions reports. This data is specifically sourced from our carrier partners and is updated on a monthly basis. We include AEP enrollments, but the data is limited to MS, MAPD, MA, D-SNP including New and Plan Changes

Macro view of your platform utilization covering Quote and Enroll and client services and engagements
