New - Spark Help Footer

We now have commonly-utilized links for agents in our new Support footer. To access the new footer design, scroll down to the bottom of any page in the Spark platform and select your topic from the dropdown menu!
Each subject will have a list of helpful resources to get you started with help.
With this update, the Agent Resources sidebar will no longer be linked out on the right side of the Agent Home Page
