Changes to the Dashboard and Reporting features

We’ve made a few updates to our Dashboards with data received from carriers:
Applications and Enrollments are now separated sections:
- Applications: The number of submissions you make to a carrier. Not all applications become enrollments, as policies can be canceled, terminated, disenrolled, etc.
- Enrollments: The number of policies approved by a carrier. Co-op and commissions are based upon this metric.
Additional labeling to dashboards for easier navigation:
- Graph Info: Hover your cursor over the chart until an “i” appears in the upper right corner of the graph to view descriptions and the data that is present
- Subheaders: The dashboards now include definitions, data sources and frequency of updates, data inclusions or exclusions, and more
