Onboarding | This agent is either new to the Spark platform or has yet engaged with Spark for their business.
The agent has been invited to their platform account but has not completed our onboarding steps to set up their account. | - Reinforce the power of the Spark platform for their business.

Platform Only | The agent has set up their Spark account but has not yet unlocked it’s full potential.
The agent has logged in and has not utilized more advanced features like our Client Retention Program to grow their business. | - Share our Client Retention Program guide and have them complete our activation form HERE.
- Confirm they have added their book of business to Spark by confirming the number in the “Contacts” column. If not, send them this guide for help.
- Share the Spark training calendar and feature guide for training sessions on our advanced features. |
