Agency / Agent Production Dashboard
One of the many benefits of the Spark platform is that it pulls your book of business data all into one place, regardless of carrier or enrollment status. With the Dashboards tool, Spark is able to give you live data and insights on different aspects of your business.
The agency production dashboard is the meeting place of your carrier contracts, enrollments and book of business as reported by our carrier partners.
- Downline ready to sell counts for your downline.
- Application and Enrollment data compiled from carrier productions reports. This data is specifically sourced from our carrier partners and is updated on a monthly basis. We include AEP enrollments, but the data is limited to MS, MAPD, MA, D-SNP including New and Plan Changes
- Breakdown of your individual agent’s production based on effective date and carrier.
- Up to the minute application counts for enrollments submitted by your downline in Sunfire.
Data Sourcing Info
Enrollment & Applications via Carrier Reports
- What it is:
- Spark receives production data from Carriers and makes it available through platform for agent and agency use
- Application - a submission of personal details to apply for insurance coverage
- Enrollment - policies that have had full application approval and are waiting for effective date commencement or are currently enrolled.
- Where can I access it:
- Both agents and agencies have access to dashboards that show aggregated production data. In platform, click on Dashboard tab → Production.
- Agencies also have access to seeing policy-level production data (includes names, policy names etc). This data can be filtered and exported for further analysis. In platform, click on Production tab.
- How frequently is it updated:
- Spark updates this data weekly, but note that carrier data can be delayed by 2-4 weeks
- What are important nuances?
- The data we provide is subject to what we receive from the carrier. Some examples:
- Certain carriers may show different statuses (ex. Aetna shows “Pending” but Humana does not)
- Certain carriers do not provide a submitted date.
SunFire Applications
- What it is:
- Spark receives policy level application data from SunFire and makes it available through platform for agent and agency use
- Where can I access it:
- Agents can access their individual SunFire Application data through platform. In platform, click on Dashboard tab → SunFire.
- Agencies can access their agency’s policy-level SunFire Application data through platform as a raw, life-time export. In platform, click on My Account → Scroll down and click on Data tab → Download SunFire enrollment data.
- How frequently is it updated:
- This data is updated in real-time. You can expect most data being updated within 5 minutes of a SunFire application being submitted.
- What are important nuances?
- This data does not include applications that are written in other ways, like an individual carrier portal.
- This data is only at an application level and is not indicative of whether or not a policy was approved and became an enrollment.
